My Ex-Husband Demanded Regular Payments Before Intimacy, Leaks Private Video – Alhaja Kaola

Nigerian broadcaster Alhaja Kaola has alleged that her former husband demanded regular financial payments before agreeing to sexual intimacy during their marriage, recounting what she described as some of the most painful experiences of their relationship. Broadcaster Alhaja Kaola alleges

The Islamic radio presenter made the disclosure while speaking about her past marriage, claiming that intimacy between them was allegedly tied to payments she was expected to make to him.

Kaola, whose full name is Kafilat Rufai, said she had to provide money before her former husband would agree to sleep with her. She described the arrangement as an experience that made her feel as though she was paying to secure intimacy within her marriage. Intel Region

According to her account, the payments were made regularly rather than as isolated transactions. She alleged that the arrangement continued on a weekly basis throughout the period she was describing.

The broadcaster further claimed that the transactions were conducted through different financial channels, including bank transfers and cheques, rather than solely through cash payments. She said the process sometimes involved two or three channels for the transactions. Intel Region

Beyond the alleged financial demands, Kaola accused her former husband of recording an intimate moment between them and subsequently making the video public following a disagreement. The broadcaster also recalled an occasion when, according to her account, the man she had children with denied being the father of one of them. She described the alleged denial as particularly painful because of their shared history and the children they had together.

Kaola said the circumstances surrounding the alleged release of the private video and other events in the marriage were not fully known to the public. Her account revisited a controversy that had previously drawn attention following the circulation of an intimate video involving the broadcaster in 2022.

In the earlier controversy, Kaola had reportedly accused her former husband, identified in previous media reports as Sharafdeen, popularly known as Sharafa, of being responsible for the video’s release. She had also alleged that he threatened to publish intimate material involving her.

Despite recounting the alleged experiences, Kaola expressed her belief that her life remained subject to God’s will and plan.
