The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Kwara State led by former Senate President Bukola Saraki has again suffered a major big blow with the defection of a political stakeholder in the northern part of the state just few days to the general election.
The political stakeholder Mallam Bala Waziri is the Chairman of Kaiama Ward III which is the ward of the PDP’s senatorial candidate in Kwara North.
He dumped PDP to support the governing All Progressives Congress (APC) with scores of his supporters.
Several political gladiators in the PDP have dumped the party to work for APC.
The new decampee also promised to work for the victory of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and all APC candidates from Kwara North.
