Former Lawmaker And Son Of Kogi Ex-Governor, Mohammed Idris Dies After Eid Prayer In Abuja

Hon. Mohammed Idris, a former member of the House of Representatives has died.

Mohammed, who was the son of a former Governor of Kogi State, Ibrahim Idris died on Wednesday shortly after he observed Eid-il-Fitir prayer in Abuja.

The former lawmaker reportedly slumped at his house in Abuja.

Before his death, Mohammed represented Ankpa, Olamaboro and Omala Federal Constituency at the lower chamber of the National Assembly.

He has been buried according to Islamic rites at Gudu cemetery in Abuja.
