The source who spoke on Sunday to our correspondent in a telephone conversation, described the trending social media report as “speculative” and not to be believed.
He explained further, that it was normal to have personal reservations about some issues that emanated from the 2023 general elections. He however stated that there was nothing like ‘ a common grievance ‘ against the leadership of the party in the state.

According to him, such individual grievances are bound to come up, and are resolved mostly through established party conflict resolution mechanism.
It is therefore speculative, mischievous, and untrue to report normal situations of individual grievances as a collective grievance of party big wigs targeted at the party leadership in the state.
“I have my grievance, which is not the same as the grievances of some other aggrieved party members and all will be resolved in its own merit via the party conflict resolution mechanism” he added.
