Arsenal cruised past Tottenham yesterday in a confirmation of superiority which secures bragging rights in north London with a 2-0 win over the spurs.
Not just this, the gunners have also gone eight points clear atop the Premier League table.
To secure this win, two first half goals were the difference as Hugo Lloris made a huge error to score an own goal after fine work from Bukayo Saka.
Martin Odegaard then finished from distance to make it 2-0.
The Spurs improved in the second half but they couldn’t get past the brilliant Aaron Ramsdale and Arsenal consolidated with ease.
Arsenal are now eight points clear of second-place Manchester City, while Tottenham have lost more ground in the top four battle and they are five points behind Manchester United who have played a game less.
