…charges women, youths to reciprocate with votes
The Special Assistant to the Governor on Local Government Relation (Kwara Central), Hon. Muhammad Nafisat Oyindamola has hailed Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for the opportunity given to women in his administration.
Hon. Oyindamola said women have never had it so good as the governor has made the world realize that women’s role is not limited to the kitchen but could also make meaningful impact in the society.
She disclosed this in her remarks at a sensitization programme on free and fair election organized by the Special Assistant on Youth Matters for Kwara Central, Hon. Adebayo Mohammed Kamaldeen, tagged, “Let the Youth Decide”.
Speaking further, Hon. Oyindamola charged all women and youths in the state to reciprocate the governor’s gesture with their vote on election day, advising them to shun violence even in the process of the election.
The Special Assistant therefore sent a message to parents to always take good care of their children, especially the females and shun any act of discrimination saying, “what a man can do, a woman can do it much better”.
