The Kwara State Commissioner of Police, CP Victor Olaiya psc+, has assured the citizens and all visiting the state of Adequate Security of lives and properties, as he Felicitates the Christian faithfuls at Easter.
CP Olaiya’s felicitation message was made available to newsmen in Ilorin via a release signed by the Command PPRO, DSP Ejire-Adeyemi Toun anipr.
The CP acknowledged “the significance of Easter as a time to reflect on the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ as renewal of hope for all… He admonished christians to embody the spirit of Easter by spreading kindness, compassion, and goodwill throughout the community.
According to the statement, as an assurance of the CP’s
unwavering commitment to ensuring safety and security, “adequate security, police personnel have been deployed to mount surveillance and patrol duties within the state.”
” He also emphasized the importance of collaboration between the community and law enforcement in maintaining a peaceful environment for all.”
