In a heartfelt move to brighten the future of underprivileged children, the ToyinOlomo International Foundation has launched its Orphans’ Scholarship Project, a life-changing initiative aimed at giving orphans access to quality education during the 2025/2026 academic session.
The project, led by the Foundation’s Executive Director, Toyin Ajoloore Bassey, seeks to provide full educational sponsorship for orphans who would otherwise be denied the chance to learn due to financial hardship. According to the foundation, ₦150,000 (about $100) is enough to sponsor an orphan through one full academic year, covering school fees, learning materials, and essential welfare support.
Speaking on the motivation behind the campaign, Bassey emphasized that God is intentional about the less privileged, the orphans, widows, and the elderly, and that helping them aligns with divine compassion and societal growth. “Like Eunice Addi, there are many other children whose dreams of going to school are being delayed by poverty. Our goal is to change that story, one child at a time,” she said.
The Orphans’ Scholarship Project underscores a simple but powerful message: Your kindness can change lives. Every contribution, whether ₦5,000, ₦10,000, ₦20,000 or more, goes directly into educating and empowering these children for a better tomorrow.
ToyinOlomo Int’l Foundation believes that education is the foundation of transformation. When a child learns, society evolves. When an orphan is educated, hope is reborn. Through this project, the foundation envisions a generation of well-mannered, productive young minds who will one day contribute meaningfully to the world.
