Saudi based Al Ittihad striker, Karim Benzema, has returned to Real Madrid’s training ground.
Recall Benzema left Real to join Al Ittihad last summer as a free agent.
Benzema is reportedly there to undergo further tests and treatment on his latest injury, a development that was disclosed by football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, on Wednesday night.
Romano wrote on X: “Karim Benzema has returned to Real Madrid training ground Valdebebas to undergo further tests and get help with injury treatment.
“Al Ittihad confirmed they’re grateful to Real Madrid for their help in managing Benzema’s injury.”
