The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has released the final list of successful candidates for appointment into the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Customs II (ASC II) under its 2024/2025 recruitment exercise, marking the beginning of the final phase of the enlistment process.
In a statement issued by the Service, successful applicants were advised to confirm their selection by checking the official NCS recruitment portal or designated national newspapers, where the names of shortlisted candidates have been published.
The Customs Service also announced that successful candidates will receive further instructions through their registered email addresses and SMS notifications.
According to the Service, the online portal for uploading Medical Certificates of Fitness from government-recognised hospitals will become active on Wednesday, July 29, 2026. Candidates are expected to log in using their National Identification Number (NIN) or registered email address to complete the upload within one week.
Applicants are also required to update their current state of residence on the recruitment portal and formally accept their provisional offers of appointment. Following this process, the Service said successful candidates would be issued Trainee Identification Numbers, while details of documentation and physical screening would be communicated through official channels.
The NCS warned that failure to complete any of the required steps within the stipulated timelines could result in disqualification and forfeiture of the provisional offer of appointment. It congratulated the successful candidates and urged them to comply fully with all recruitment guidelines as they prepare to begin their careers with the Service.
