Temi Nkem has emerged as the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 11, tagged “Show Ya Sef,” after a dramatic 70-day run that ended with the grand finale on Sunday, October 4, 2026. Africa Magic officially confirmed the 21-year-old’s victory, with Aikou finishing as first runner-up and Sheba taking the second runner-up position.
Nkem secured 25.87 per cent of the total votes cast by viewers across Nigeria and Africa, according to the final results. Aikou followed with 23.68 per cent, while Sheba recorded 9.80 per cent, giving Temi a relatively narrow lead over her closest challenger in the final voting.
Her victory comes with the season’s ₦160 million grand prize package, which includes ₦90 million in cash, a brand-new car valued at ₦60 million and additional sponsored prizes. The cash component was reduced from the initially announced ₦100 million after ₦10 million was allocated to the season’s Most Influential Player of the Week (MIPOW) prize fund.
The Season 11 competition began on July 26 with 24 housemates entering Biggie’s House. Over the course of the season, contestants faced nominations, evictions, Head of House challenges, wager tasks and several twists designed to test their relationships, strategy and ability to remain relevant with viewers.
Temi became one of the season’s most noticeable personalities, with Africa Magic describing her as loud, bubbly and energetic, while highlighting her fiery exchanges, chaotic antics and memorable interactions inside the house. Her ability to remain at the centre of conversations helped make her one of the most recognisable figures of the season.
Her journey was also marked by one of the season’s major twists when she was among the housemates subjected to a fake eviction before returning to the competition. She subsequently survived to the final stage, where she faced Aikou and Sheba for the ultimate prize.
The road to the final three was particularly dramatic. Six finalists — Barry, Oyin, Ricky, Flora, Tram and Bluethopia — were evicted during the finale before the competition was narrowed to Temi, Aikou and Sheba. The final-night eliminations turned the closing moments into a tense contest for the crown.
Aikou’s second-place finish also capped an unusual journey. He had entered the competition as a Gambit housemate, with his secret role becoming one of the season’s notable twists. His calm demeanour and strategic approach nevertheless carried him all the way to the final two, where he narrowly missed the crown.
Sheba, meanwhile, completed the final podium in third place. Her strong personality and competitive presence had made her one of the season’s prominent housemates, and she remained in contention until the final voting results were announced.
With Temi Nkem’s victory, Season 11 concludes a major chapter in the Big Brother Naija franchise. The finale, hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, brought an end to a season characterised by twists, strategic gameplay, relationships, controversies and intense viewer participation. Temi now joins the show’s growing list of winners as the latest champion of one of Africa’s most prominent reality television franchises.
