Alhaji Dr. Jimoh Ahmed Ayinla Agaka, FCIPDM a Retired Provost of Kwara State college of Education, Ilorin and founder of Amina Ajibike group of schools, who is also the founder of Ahmed Ayinla Foundation, has extended warm felicitations to Muslims across Nigeria and beyond on the successful completion of Ramadan 1447AH, calling for sustained unity, compassion, and community support as the faithful mark Eid al-Fitr.
In a goodwill message released at the close of the holy month, the philanthropist described Ramadan as a deeply significant period of spiritual renewal, self-discipline, and devotion, noting that the commitment demonstrated by Muslims during fasting and prayers reflects enduring faith and resilience.
He emphasized that Ramadan is not only a time of personal reflection but also an opportunity to strengthen communal bonds through acts of charity and kindness. According to him, the lessons of sacrifice, empathy, and generosity learned during the month should extend beyond the fasting period into everyday life.
“As we celebrate Eid, we must remember that it is not solely about festivity, but also about gratitude and giving. It is a time to support the less privileged and reinforce the ties that bind our communities together,” he stated.

Dr. Ayinla further urged Muslims to use the occasion of Eid to reflect on broader societal challenges, encouraging a collective commitment to justice, equity, and peaceful coexistence. He stressed that values such as compassion and solidarity, central to Islamic teachings, remain critical in addressing social and economic issues.
Referencing the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), he called on the Muslim faithful to embody principles of love, respect, and understanding in their daily interactions, adding that the spirit of Ramadan should serve as a guide for positive conduct throughout the year.
On behalf of the Ahmed Ayinla Foundation, he prayed for peace, prosperity, and divine acceptance of the prayers and sacrifices offered during Ramadan, wishing Muslims a joyful and fulfilling Eid celebration.
“May this season inspire renewed hope and a shared commitment to building stronger, more inclusive communities,” he added.
Worldwide, Eid al-Fitr marks the end of the month-long fast of Ramadan and is celebrated with prayers, charity, and social gatherings.
