According to a statement signed by the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Adetoun Ejire-Adeyemi, anipr, about 50 vehicles were impounded during the first day of the operation.

It also reminded the public of the existing ban on the unauthorized use of sirens, revolving lights, and covered number plates.
In a bid to maintain transparency, the Command encouraged residents to report any unprofessional police conduct to its Complaints Response Unit via 08078255661 or 07065774464, and to use 08125275046 or 07032069501 in case of emergencies.
